3 * TIN Certificate - Scan copy of color image

4 * Owner National ID - Scan copy of color image

5 * Owner Passport Size Photo - Scan copy of color image

6 * Representative National ID - Scan copy of color image

7 * Representative Passport Size Photo - Scan copy of color image

8 * Office Inside & Outside Photo - Scan copy of color image

9 * Copy of Utility Bills - Scan copy of color image

10 * Owners Signature - Scan copy of color image

 

*All scan images should be up to 1mb
